Hotel a Terra Alta

“It was adequate for a night ; I wouldn't suggest staying any longer than that. The mattresses seemed to be new but were very hard, not good for side sleepers. It is in the process of renovation but has a lot of work still needed, particularly the bathroom. The pool was also out of order. Eat somewhere else. The bar was understaffed with only a single worker acting as both bartender and waiter. Management just stood there givng the poor guy a nasty look without help or direction. Food tasted...

“Love this setting! We only stayed one night before going to Fallingwater the next day, but this setting was so beautiful. The town is cute as well, and we enjoyed the pints and provisions restaurant down the road. We want to come back!”

“Wonderful inn and restaurant, with clean, quiet motel rooms in a building across the street. It's right in the middle of Grantsville. Easy parking near doors. Staff were wonderful, and it is cool to see the old photos of the hotel from one hundred years ago.”

“It was a quick overnight and back on the road for us on a cross country road trip. Beautiful historical home with a cute neighborhood. We took a walk with our morning coffee and learned about some local history. The house was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable ”

“The room was clean and the king bed was quite comfortable. The heater was a bit loud but very effective, and the heated air fan in the bath was a nice touch; plenty of hot water, too. The microwave oven was small but worked well, and the mini-fridge was bigger than many we've seen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and cheerfully accomodated our late arrival. ”

“in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect ”

“We enjoyed our stay with Ohiopyle Vacation Rentals; however, we did have few concerns: 1) I was never able to get the TV remote to work; I think the remote needs new batteries. Fortunately, I always travel with my Fire Stick and the remote worked with the TV. 2. One roll of toilet paper for two nights and five guest, come on! Fortunately, I brought a couple of extra rolls from home. 3) The Need Stuff List did not have a device to write on the laminated service. Otherwise, a nice place and...
